On May 26, Ms. Carolien van Tilburg (Senior Trade Officer of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy) from the Dutch Embassy and Mr. Mark van Zwieten (Deputy Project Director), who is seconded to our company from Dutch Energy Company Eneco, took the speaker's platform in the endowed courses at Akita International University supported by Mitsubishi Corporation, Venti Japan, Hokuto Bank and us.
Carolien talked about EU's energy development, the Netherlands' decarbonization policy, and the status of offshore wind development in the Netherlands, and Mark went on to explain about the energy market in EU and Eneco's renewable energy businesses. We believe this lecture had provided an good opportunity to deepen the understanding of the latest situation of renewable energy developments and the structure of the energy market.
