On the theme of "Our proposal to achieve 46% net emission by 2030 and net zero by 2050 in Japan, and Akita's potential in this challenge," the students gave their presentations and received comments from Mr. Futamura, General Manager, Regional Development Dept of our company, Mr. Sato, President and CEO of Venti Japan, and Mr. Isozaki, Assistant Manager, Regional Revitalization Division of Hokuto Bank.
The students provided interesting analyses, such as the proposal on each role and potential cooperation between national government, local governments, and private-sector companies in achieving carbon neutrality, and the proposal on the system design for accelerating the green investment by small and medium-sized companies, which we believe this endowed course helped the student to deepen their understanding of the current situation surrounding decarbonization and the offshore wind business being developed by our company, and provided the opportunities to explore the challenges and possibilities of Akita.

As we close the final class of the endowed course, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to all the lecturers and supporters who had made great contribution to this endowed course by sharing their knowledge and time with the students.
